Blueline Care Services is looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers / Care Workers to join our team in providing high-quality care to children and young people in our residential homes. This is a rewarding role for individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference in young people’s lives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day care, support, and supervision for children and young people.
• Promote independence, life skills, and personal development.
• Support children with education, hobbies, and recreational activities.
• Build trusting relationships that create a safe and nurturing environment.
• Safeguard and protect the welfare of all young people in the home.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and care plans.
• Work as part of a dedicated team under the guidance of the Registered Manager.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or vulnerable groups (desirable but not essential – full training provided).
• NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People / Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards).
• A caring, patient, and resilient attitude.
• Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
