Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home (Full-Time)

Blueline Care Services is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead and manage one of our children’s residential homes. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and outcomes for children and young people.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the residential home.
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and children’s home legislation.
  • Lead, support, and develop a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care.
  • Promote safeguarding and child protection at all times.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and staffing rotas effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with local authorities, social workers, and families.
  • Ensure individual care plans are tailored to each child’s needs and aspirations.

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards).
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within children’s residential services.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and Ofsted frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Passionate about improving the lives and futures of young people.
